I painted a shoreline a couple of years back but, happily, it sold before I got to permanently attach it to my bedroom wall. So I decided to paint a similar triptych. Of course the feel is completely different because I can't do anything the same twice (not even a meal). I started it last summer and then I waited until I knew what I needed to do to finish it...This morning was the day! A part of me wants to NOT sell it before I drill the holes in the brick plastered wall to hang it! I am finally finished this room.
