I have been thinking a lot about roots lately. Our heritage. Where we come from and where we are going. The Banyan Tree drops roots down intentionally for growth and health...so I suppose it's never too late for us to do so as well. Yes, I've found myself pruning away useless unproductive branches, but I've also corrected core values to fall in line with the truths that have revealed themselves. These pieces were designed when I was a teen but I just recently "completed" them: Finding closure to an unfinished project was pretty satisfying.
